Setsubun with a vengeance

There is a tradition in Japan called Setsubun ( 節分 ) where, on the day Spring starts on the Japanese calendar, people throw roasted beans sometimes at a person dressed as an oni (ogre) while chanting "Oni wa soto! Fuku wa uchi!" ("Ogres out! Luck in!"). This symbolizes driving away bad spirits that bring misfortune while calling in good fortune.

So I was thinking, rather than scattering the soybeans by hand, why not take it one step further?

"Oni wa soto!" *cha-chink* "Fuku wa uchi!" BOOM

Yes, I'm an asshole.
