QQQ Giant mecha

In F-Zero GX/AX, racer #39 is the robot QQQ and is the companion of the Phoenix the caped time police dude. He could be unlocked by in-game achievements or taking your Memory Card to an F-Zero Arcade machine, which I believe was virtually non-existent outside Japan.

QQQ's racing machine is the "Rolling Turtle", and since QQQ is a robot, he sits with his face exposed in contrast to every other racer.

So I was thinking ... there's no way the machine and him wouldn't transform into a giant crime-fighting mecha!
